摘要
随着网络技术的快速发展,各种集资源、交易、交流于一体的网站、网络平台大量应用到人们的日常生活中,给人类的政治、经济、文化教育、社会生活方式等带来了深刻的变化,同时也带来了诸如信息欺诈、黄色泛滥、信息安全受损、网民人格异化等网络负面问题。本文针对网络负面问题的主要表现形式、虚拟世界伦理问题产生的根源及对策作探讨,寻求消除网络负面行为的有效途径和策略。
