摘要
小麦愈伤组织的诱导频率在小麦花药组培中有着极其重要的作用。本文探讨了三种温度处理（低温处理、包括预处理和后处理；高温后处理；低温预处理和高温后处理两者的配合处理）对春小麦愈伤组织的诱导频率后发现；多数品系的接种穗在４℃冰箱内进行三～六天的低温预处理，能够提高出愈率，预处理超过六天，大部分花粉都已过了最佳接种时期，使出愈率下降。低温预处理的诱导效果明显地要比低温后处理的好。接种后的花药经过六～九天的高温后处理，出愈率可比对照提高二──四倍。并且综合两年的结果比较了低温预处理，高温后处理，以及低温预处理和高温后处理两者配合的出愈率，发现高温后处理的诱导效果最好，低温预处理的效果相对较差，两者配合作用的效果处于两个单独处理之间。最后讨论了花药经短期较高温度培养对白苗率的影响。
This paper discussed induction frequencies of anther callus in spring wheat by three temperature treatments.Most of the young ears of wheat which would be inoculated were put into 4℃ refrigerator at low temperature for 3-6 days to pretreat,which can raise the efficiency of callus.If the pretreatment exceeds 6 days,most of pollen would spent the best time.The effect of induction by the low temperature pretreatment was obviously better than the low temperature pretreatment was obviously better than the low temperature after inoculating treatments. Passing 6-9 days after inoculating treatment at high temperature,the induction efficiency of callus could be increased by 2-4 times.In addition,this paper summarized the result of research in 2 years and discovered that the induction effect after inoculating treatment at high temperature was the best,the cooperative treatments were better,and the pretreatments at low temperature were not good. Finally,this paper discussed the influence to the induction frequencies of albino young plant by culture at high temperature in a short period.
