摘要
目的对骨性关节炎(OA)关节软骨内Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型胶原进行动态观察。方法采用兔膝关节伸直位制动的OA动物模型,对不同制动时间动物的右侧股骨内髁关节软骨进行Mankin评分,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型胶原的免疫组化测定。结果OA早期Ⅱ型胶原量增加,但随着OA病变的发展从切线层向深层逐渐丧失。OA关节软骨内无Ⅰ型胶原的分泌,但出现Ⅲ型胶原,其量随着病变发展有呈增加趋势,同时在病变中也受到破坏。结论OA关节软骨的胶原类型以Ⅱ型胶原为主,但出现Ⅲ型胶原。
Objective To observe the change of collagen Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ in osteoarthritis. Methods The articular cartilage of the rabbits immobilized by plaster cast in extension position was investigated by histochemistry and immunohistochemistry for expression patterns of collagen Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Results In articular cartilage of ostcoarthritis there was type Ⅲ collagen, but not type Ⅰ collagen. In earlier period of ostcoarthritis, chondrocytes enhanced synthesizing of type Ⅱ collagen. Conclusion In articular cartilage of osteoarthritis the collagen Ⅱ is dominant collagen, but there is type Ⅲ collagen.
