摘要
目的 探讨腐殖酸对NMRI鼠关节软骨胶原分子直径的影响及其机制。方法 用含 30mg/L腐殖酸的饮水饲养二代NMRI鼠 ,应用形态学、生物化学的方法对子代鼠关节软骨胶原的分子直径、糖基化率进行观察。结果 与对照组相比 ,实验组关节软骨胶原分子直径明显增粗 (P <0 0 1) ,糖基化产物GHH明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论 鼠关节软骨胶原分子直径的改变与腐殖酸对胶原分子糖基化率的影响有关。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of fulvic acid (FA) on the fibril diameter of collagen in the articular cartilage in mice. Methods 30 mg/L FA in the drinking water was used to treat NMRI mouse for two generations. The fibril diameter and content of glycosylation of collagen in the articular cartilage in the first generation were observed by morphological and biochemical methods. Results As compared with control group, the fibril diameter of collagen in the articular cartilage was increased significantly in the treated animals, while the content of the collagen glycosylation in the cartilage tissue was significantly decreased. Conclusion The influence of FA on the fibril diameter of collagen in mice might be related to the decreases in collagen glycosylation in the articular cartilage.
