摘要
针对切削加工过程中切屑折断随机性较大,切屑折断过程所获得的知识带有不恶性循环 或不精确性这一特点,在刀片槽型专家系统DPCXES-1中,利用专家系统开发工具OPS83所提供的数学模型,实现了不精确推理,并设计了带有可信度的事实和规则的表,不精确推理冲突消解策略和记忆推理链,相同事实的可信度归一。
For the uncertainty and unprecision of the knowledge obtained in the processing of chip breaking,the upprecise inference mechanism has been realized by using the functions provided by OPS83,the developing tool of expert system in the slot mold of blade expert system DPCXES-1.The representative method of the facts and the rules with the reliable degree,the tactics of the conflict dispelling,the remembering of the reference chain and the normalizing of the reliable degree of the same facts have been designed.
