摘要
对数控车床的故障诊断系统进行了研究。该系统软件用VC++6.0语言编写,它总结了领域专家的经验,建立了故障树,并用产生式规则构建了知识库。依据故障诊断的特性,该系统采用不精确推理和有限深度搜索策略,能完成数控车床80多种故障的诊断。
Fault diagnosis expert system for numerical control lathe was studied. The system was achieved by VC ++ 6. 0. The experience of the domain expert was summarized and a fanlt tree was set up. Knowledge base was developed by a productive rule. According to the feature of diagnosis, the system adopts non-determination inferring and limited depth-first search strategy, it can accomplish expert diagnosis of more than 80 kinds faults in numerical control lathe.
