摘要
本文详细阐述了不需加热清洗的高线性湿度传感器的工作机理和制造方法．感湿元件采用ＭｇＯ，Ｃｒ２Ｏ３，Ｂｉ２Ｏ３等金属氧化物的适当组合，通过高温烧结而成。具有阻值变化适中、线性好、测湿范围广、精度高、响应快、不用加热清洗等特点．
This paper discribes the development of a linear and non-heating humidty sensor.Theoptimitation technigue is used in finding variable ranges of design parameters.It isdemonstrated that the sensor can be connected with instrument.
