长颈法兰径向轧制过程中金属的轴向流动 被引量:3

摘要 通过对长颈法兰径向轧制过程中金属沿轴向的流动规律进行理论分析和实例计算,提出了径向轧制过程中存在着轴向流动以及流动量取决于环坯与成品截面形状的观点,指出了传统环坯设计方法存在的问题。 Based on the theoretical analysis and case study of metal flow in axial direction during radial rolling process of welding neck flange, it is clarified that axial flow of metal and the volume of flow is depended on the section shapes between the blank and the workpiece. Problem in the traditional design method of blank was also pointed out.
