摘要
本文介绍了一种生产高颈法兰的新工艺，用热轧和冷弯代替砂型铸造＋切削加工工艺。分析了新工艺的技术关键及解决办法。
In the paper a new forming technology of high-neck flange is introduced. The new technology is that by using the hot rolling and roll forming to replace the old technology of casting and stock removing. The technical keys of the new technology and the way to overcome them are described.
