摘要 介绍了电压传感头的工作原理,探讨了横向电光调制和纵向电光调制各自的特点;设计了光纤电压传感器中光学传感头的系统结构,从BG0晶体和相应的装调工艺等方面分析了影响光学传感头稳定性的关键因素。并在0~1.6kV电压范围对所设计的光纤电压传感头的输入输出特性进行了测试,结果表明该光纤电压传感头的电压测量精度达到2%,温度稳定性也得到了明显改善。 The working principle of voltage sensor was introduced. Each characteristics of transverse electrooptic modulation and longitudinal electrooptic modulation were discussed. The system construction of fiber-optic voltage transducer was designed. Stability of influencing fiber-optic voltage transducer were analyzed from key factors of BGO crystal and installation and adjusting techniques. And also measured input-output characteristics of designed voltage sensor from 0 kV to 1.6 kV voltage range. Result indicated 2 % of voltage measuring accuracy of the fiber-optic voltage transducer were obtained, and the temperature stability was improved.
