成骨细胞超低温冻存复苏与生物学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 取出生24 h内的Wistar大鼠的颅骨,以酶消化法获得成骨细胞,将传至第3代的细胞冻存、复苏,对细胞进行生物学特性观察,研究了冻存复苏后的大鼠颅骨成骨细胞的生物学特性。实验结果显示,成骨细胞冻存复苏后,其生物学特性无改变,可作为骨组织工程学研究的种子细胞。 Calvarial bones were taken out from newborn Wistar rats; osteoblast cells were obtained via enzymatic digestion method. The cells in the 3rd passage were cryopreserved and resuscitated, The investigation on the biological characteristics of the osteoblast cells after cryopreservation and resuscitation was carried out. The results showed that the biological characteristics of the osteoblast cells after cryopreservation and resuscitation kept unchanged and the osteoblast cells can be used seed cells.
