摘要
思想政治教育与人的需要有着密切的联系。马斯洛的层次需要论揭示了一般人在通常情况下的需要与行为规律,对大学生思想政治教育对策的选择具有重要的启示作用。当代大学生需要具有层次性、多样性、发展性、矛盾性等基本特点,运用马斯洛的层次需要论,我们应当有的放矢、系统全面、与时俱进、科学有序地开展大学生思想政治教育。
Ideological and political education is closely related with human beings needs. Masiluo＇s level-need theory exposes general persons＇ needs and behavior rule under common situations, which is of important enlightenment to the countermeasures choice of the ideological education for college students. College students＇ needs are featured with level, variety, development and contra dictoriness, we should carry out ideological education for college students pointedly, systemically, fully, scientifically, orderly,developing with the times under Masiluo＇s level-need theory.
