摘要
采用琥珀酸脱氢酶（ＳＤＨ）组织化学方法，观察大白鼠肾脏在缺血前、缺血６０分钟时及缺血６ｏ分钟再灌注３０分钟时肾脏的形态学变化及肾小管酶活性的改变。发现缺血时ＳＤＨ活性降低，再灌注后ＳＤＨ活性进一步降低。表明肾脏缺血再灌注损伤重于单纯缺血性损伤。
By histochemical method,we observed the effects of ischemia and ischemic reperfusion on succinodehydrogenase (SDH) activity.The results showed that after simple renal ischemia for an hour SDH activity decreased.After renal ischemia for an hour and reperfusion for 0.5 hour SDH activity was evidently lower.It suggested that the injury of the renal ischemiareperfusion in rats is more serious than that of the simple renal ischemia.
