摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的高速发展和城市规模的不断扩张,由于城市建设和改造而产生的房屋拆迁矛盾也成为不容回避的一大问题。本文在分析了现阶段城市拆迁中矛盾和原因的基础上,对北京市城市建设规划和拆迁的政府工作提出了新理念和新思路。
With the rapid growth of economy and increasing urbanization of China in recent years, there have been more and more disputes and conflicts between the developers and the households. Based on the analysis of the conflict, the article provides some new ideas and methods.
