摘要
21世纪是知识经济、网络经济时代,知识和信息将取代土地、资本成为企业的第一资源,企业将充分利用基于信息技术的互联网为企业的各项管理工作服务。作为知识的创造者、传播者和使用者的人,尤其是高素质的人才,对经济增长的重要作用已经越来越明显,因此,网络经济时代的人力资源管理者如何对其进行管理对企业未来的发展具有重要影响。因而,在人类已经踏入21世纪时,企业的管理者弄清网络经济时代人力资源管理与传统人事管理的区别,以应对网络时代人力资源管理的新趋势以及其新的要求,对企业的发展具有重要的意义。
21st century is the knowledge economy , network economy era. The knowledge and information that will replace the enterprise resource of the land and capital will become the first resource. The enterprise will fully utilize Internet based on information technology to service every management of the enterprise. As the creator , disseminator and user of knowledge, especially the talent of high quality, their importance is for economic growths more more obvious. So, how HR administrator manage staffs in the network era is of important impact for the development of enterprise. Therefore, as the mankind has already entered into 21st century, it is of important significance for the enterprise development that the administrators of the enterprise clarify the difference with traditional personnel management and HR management of the network economy era, and realize the new tendencies and characteristics of that.
