摘要
目的:对美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)、金霉素软膏外用治疗尖锐湿疣微波治疗后创面进行疗效分析,判断其优劣。方法:将2001-2004年我院治疗的96例尖锐湿疣微波治疗术后患者随机分为A组和B组, 2组均采用相同的全身治疗,其中A组采用MEBO局部创面外用,B组采用金霉素软膏外用。通过跟踪随访,在平均愈合时间等方面进行判断分析,比较优劣。结果:A组平均愈合时间短于B组。结论:MEBO外用治疗尖锐湿疣微波治疗后创面,疗程短,疗效可靠,为较好的治疗方法。
Objective： To compare the efficacy of MEBO and aureomycin ointment in treating wounds post micro-wave therapy of pointed condyloma. Method： 96 cases of pointed condyloma were treated with micro - wave therapy.The patients were divided into 2 groups. Patients in the 2 groups received the same systemic treatment. In group A the wounds were treated locally with MEBO and in group B with aureomycin ointment. Result： The average wound healing time in group A was shorter than that in group B. Conclusion： MEBO for treating wounds post micro - wave therapy of pointed condyloma is very efficacious. The treating course is shortened.
