摘要 本文介绍了TTS基本概念,并用微软SAPI5.1开发包实现了一个实用语音朗读程序,可以实现任意软件中文本的选择朗读和实现中英文文本的混合朗读功能。 This paper introduces the base concept about TTS, And Designed a Speech-enable System using The Micresofie SAPI5.1, This system can read aloud any text word witch highlight in any software, and it can read aloud the Chinese-English mixed text.
