摘要
目的:观察逍遥散对多相性应激大鼠海马CA3区神经元结构的影响,探究逍遥散抗应激损伤大鼠海马神经突触结构可塑性的机制。方法:W istar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型1组、模型2组、治疗1组、治疗2组,每组10只。采用慢性多相性应激模型,透射电镜观测比较各组大鼠CA3区神经突触超微结构变化。结果:模型1组及模型2组大鼠海马神经元突触的数密度与面密度较空白组均有明显降低(P<0.01),突触连接带的平均面积则无明显变化(P>0.05),而治疗1组与治疗2组大鼠海马神经元突触的数密度与空白组相比则无明显差异(P>0.05);面密度与突触连接带的平均面积则均有所减小。与模型1组相比,两个治疗组大鼠海马神经元突触的数密度与面密度均明显增大。结论:多相性应激可以损伤大鼠的神经突触结构,影响突触间的相互连接。而逍遥散则能减少应激对原有的突触及突触连接的损伤,促进新的突触与突触连接的形成。
AIM : To observe the influence of Xiaoyao Powder synaptic structural plasticity of hippocampal CA3 region in rats under multi-stress model. METHODS: Rats were randomly divided to five groups (normal control group, model group 1, model group 2, XYP group 1 and XYP group 2). The multi-stress model had only refined on Carter's one observing and comparing hippocampal synaptic super-micro-structure of each group rats were completed by electric-microscope. RESULTS : Compared with normal group, the prosopdensity and number density of hippocampal CA3 region synapse of model group 1 and group 2 decreased( P 〈0.01 ), but the average area of synaptic linkage among 3 groups there was no difference( P 〉 0.08 ). Compared with normal group, the prosopdensity and average area of synaptic linkage of hippocampal synapse of XYP group 1 and XYP group 2 decreased, and there was no difference in the number density of hippocampal CA3 region synapse among three groups. Compared with model group 1, the prosopdensity and number density of hippocampal synapse of two XYP groups increased markedly. CONCLUSION: Multi-stress can damage the synaptic micro-structre of hippocampal CA3 region of rats, and XYP can decrease this kind of damage.
