摘要
目的:建立百合药材低极性部位的GC/MS指纹图谱,比较不同产地、不同品种百合中脂溶性成分的整体相似性。方法:对18个百合样品的三氯甲烷提取物进行气相色谱-质谱联用分析,采用“计算机辅助相似度评价系统(MATLAB6.5改进版)”计算图谱的整体相似度,质谱图用NIST98谱库检索,鉴定特征峰的化学结构,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量。结果:18批样品中,不同品种、不同产地的16批药用百合整体相似度均在0.85以上,而食用百合的相似度较低;百合低极性部位主要含有植物甾醇、亚油酸及其同系物。结论:该方法可较全面地反映百合低极性部位的化学成分,为百合药材的质量控制提供有效的手段。
AIM: To establish a method for determing GC fingerprint of the chemical constituents in Bulbus lilii. METHODS: GC/MS were used to optimize the fingerprint determination, and to identify the main peaks in the GC fingerprint. RESULTS: A preferable determination for GC fingerprint of the chemical constituents in Bulbus lilii, was established. CONCLUSION: A general acquaintance of the chemical constituents in Bulhus lilii. can be obtained by using the preferable GC fingerprint determination method, which is useful for quality evaluation of the crud drug of Bulbus lilii.
