摘要
为了研究干旱胁迫对不同大豆品系干物质积累的影响,本试验选用8个大豆品系进行盆栽试验,分别在正常土壤水分、中度干旱胁迫、严重干旱胁迫条件下,研究干旱胁迫对大豆干物质积累的影响。结果表明:不同程度的干旱胁迫均能明显降低干物质重,各水分处理下干物质重为SS<MS<CK,且各处理间差异显著(P<0.05)。并且干旱胁迫均降低生育后期的干物质积累,严重胁迫及中度胁迫分别在开花盛期、结荚初期具有相对较高的干物质积累。在干旱胁迫下,15440仍能保持相对较高的干物质积累量,对干旱胁迫有较强的抵抗能力,而农大15404、15416对干旱胁迫反应更为敏感。
Eight cultivars were selected in the pot experiment, in order to study the influence of drought stress on the soybean dry substance. The dry substances were measured and analyzed under normal soil water condition, moderate drought stress and severe drought stress. The results showed that the different degree of drought stress could reduced the dry substances weight and the dry substances weight in each treatment was SS〈MS〈CK, the difference of each treatment was significantly (P〈0.05) . Meanwhile drought stress decreased the dry substances accumulation of later growth phases, severe stress and moderate stress had relatively higher dry substances accumulation at flourished flowering and early podding respectively. Nongda 15440 can keep the higher dry substances accumulation at drought stress and had stronger resistant ability to drought stress, but Nongda 15404, 15416 had more sensitivity to drought stress.
