摘要
选用不同生态品质型的大豆品种,采用二次正交旋转设计方法,按大豆生育阶段进行5个等级的水分处理,动态监测大豆不同生育阶段干物质的积累与水分的关系及其全生育期累积的特点。试验结果将为大豆生产水资源的合理配置提供依据。
Two ecological types of soybean cultivars, Dongnong 163 with high off and Dongnong 42 with high protein content, were studied using the method of quadric orthogonal crossing and rotating design. Soybean growth stages were divided into four stages : sprout - branch, branch - bloom, bloom - seed filling, seed filling - maturity. Five treatments were carried out during four stages. The accumulation of dry matter weight (ADMW) at different water conditions during their growth stages was monitored, and water depletion regulation of soybean as well as its relationship with the ADMW in whole growth period were concluded. The results showed that the increasment of water increased the ADMW during all growth stages, particularly bloom - seed filling. The ADMW increased gradually during soybean growth stages, peaked during blooming to maturity. These results can be used as scientific basis for rational utilization of water resources for soybean cultivation.
