摘要
研究了在氨水介质中及柠檬酸盐存在下,铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮胭脂红B的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好测定痕量铜的新方法,可测定0.005~0.5μg/25ml范围内的铜(Ⅱ)。用于天然水中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意。
A method has been studied in this paper that the trace copper(Ⅱ)in ammonia water solution and citracte strikingly catalyzes the discoloring reaction of hydrogen peroxide oxidizing azocarmine B and the knetic condition is chosen.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity for determining the copper(Ⅱ),the range of determination is 0.005-0.5μg/25ml.It has applied to the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) in natural water with satisfactory results.
