摘要
研究了在氨水介质中及柠檬酸盐存在下，铜（Ⅱ）催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮胭脂红Ｂ的褪色反应及其动力学条件，建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好测定痕量铜的新方法，可测定０．００５～０．５μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内的铜（Ⅱ）。用于天然水中痕量铜（Ⅱ）的测定，结果满意。
A method has been studied in this paper that the trace copper(Ⅱ)in ammonia water solution and citracte strikingly catalyzes the discoloring reaction of hydrogen peroxide oxidizing azocarmine B and the knetic condition is chosen.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity for determining the copper(Ⅱ),the range of determination is 0.005-0.5μg/25ml.It has applied to the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) in natural water with satisfactory results.
