摘要
本文阐述了薄板坯连铸连轧新概念,即以高质、高产、低耗为目标,适当增加薄板坯连铸的出口厚度,尽量采用形式简单的结晶器,普遍采用软压下和减薄技术,以及充分利用在常规流程中已证明的成熟技术。
The new concepts of thin slab CCDR process is considered as fol- lows:with the aim of high quality and productivity as well as low cost,the high speed medium thickness slab casting process applied properly,the mold as simply shaped as possible adopted,the soft-reduction and strand gauge control technology widely used and the technologies proved in conventionl CC route in full use.
