摘要
文章介绍了铸机软压下扇形段辊缝控制系统的网系络结构和控制方法,以包钢薄板厂宽厚板铸机为例阐述了扇形段动态软压下系统对铸坯质量的影响和意义。根据软压下液压系统的结构特点,分析了系统中参数不确定的因素,采用了PI控制方式对软压下液压统进行了PDA数据分析,结果表明采用PI控制对于该系统具有良好的跟踪特性和稳定性。
In the article,it is introduced the structure of network system and control methods for control system of roll gap in fan-shaped section of soft reduction for chamber machines.Moreover,the influences and effects of system with dynamic soft reduction in fan-shaped section on quality of casting blanks are elaborated by taking the chamber machines used for producing wide and heavy plates in CSP Plant as an example.The uncertain factors of parameters in the system are analyzed according to the design features of hydraulic system with soft reduction and the PDA data analysis is made with PI control mode.The results demonstrate that the PI control could make the system with good tracking characteristics and stability.
