摘要
本文联系上海钢铁研究所研制生产核电材料的实践,从进行多重把关、制定质量计划、严格执行工艺规程和检验规程、设立关键工序控制点、对不符合项进行控制并采取纠正措施、做好物项控制、开展质量保证内部和外部监查、做好人员教育培训等方面,阐述了如何实施质量控制并取得实效。
Based on th practice of nucleus power material development and production in Shanghai Iran and Steel Institute from many respects such as holding multiple control, specifying quality plan, performing strictly technical regulation, setting up control points of key process, correcting the wrong operation, making good management of substance, superving quality security from both Inside and outside, educating and training personnel etc. this article explains how to practice quality control and obtain substantial result
