摘要
本文从上海钢铁研究所推行核电材料制造质量保证的实践出发,指出核电质保的主要特点是法律性、权威性、独立性、计划性、客观性和完整性;“有法可依、有人负责、有章可循、有据可查”是核电质保体系的基础;并介绍了该所的一些实际做法和效果。
Based on Practice of manufacturing quality assurance of nuclear power materials in Shanghai lron&Steel Research Institute,this paper points out that main fiatures of the quality assurance of nuclear power arc legality, authoritativeriess,independency,natur of the plan,objectivity and Conp-leteness,and the quality assurance system of nuclear power is based on the pricniple, which ate that 'there :;re lavrs and regulations to go by and ground to check' , 'there are persons for responsibiting' .Some practical me-thods and effects achieved by this Institute are also introduced.
