手术治疗38例原发性骶骨肿瘤的围手术期护理 被引量：14

摘要 报告了手术治疗38例原发性骶骨肿瘤患者的围手术期护理。术前加强肠道准备,进行括约肌收缩功能训练；术后严密观察生命体征、腹部症状和神经功能,做好术后并发症(切口感染、脑脊液漏、痛觉过度敏感)的观察与护理,认真做好出院指导。本组均安全度过围手术期,随访1～15年,除6例局部复发、4例因远处转移而死亡外,其余均存活。
