摘要
钢液终脱氧是电弧炉铸钢冶炼时的重要工艺操作过程,也是影响铸钢冶金质量的重要技术措施。而铸钢中残铝量是近代冶金师们研究的重要课题。对钢液终脱氧的加铝方法和加铝量进行试验研究,最终确定终脱氧的加铝量和最佳残铝量,为铸钢生产的推广应用,确保铸钢冶金质量的稳定提高打下良好的理论基础。
The steel liquid deoxidation eventually is an important craft operation process when casting steels melting using arc furnace, is also important technique measure that affects the cast steels metallurgy quality. But the remaining aluminum amount in cast steels is an important topic of the modern metallurgy teachers researching. To add the aluminum method and add the aluminum amount to carry on experimenting the research for the steel liquid deoxidation eventually, that assurance to add the aluminum amount and the best remaining aluminum amount for deoxidation eventually. It is expansed and applied for the cast steels producing, and insure the stable exaltation of the cast steels metallurgical quality to beat good theories foundation.
