摘要
我国人力资源流动显著加快,区域间的人力资源流动极其不平衡,这对我国实施西部发展战略,实现社会和谐发展,有很大的影响。分析了我国人力资源区域流动不均衡的现状,并探讨了影响人力资源均衡流动的政治因素、经济因素、教育因素、文化因素等,以为政府制订宏观政策提供有益的参考。
Human resoures in China flow significantly rapidly and regional buman resources flowage is very unbalanceable, and those have remarkable effect on the implement of western development strategy and the realization of harmonious development of society. This paper analyzes the status quo of the unbalance of regional human resources flowage in China, and discusses the political factors, economical factors, educational factors and cultural factors that affect the equilinbrium flowage of human resources in order to provide beneficial references for the macro ploicy' s establishment of the government.
