摘要
随着人类文明的进步,人类的经济活动亦发生了重大的转向,知识经济与循环经济成为新经济发展的主流。知识经济要求加强经济运行过程中的智力资源对物质资源的替代,以实现经济活动的知识化转向;而循环经济则要按照生态规律合理地利用自然资源和确保生态平衡,以实现经济活动的生态化转向。相对于知识经济而言,我国对循环经济的研究尚处在启蒙阶段,本文试从循环经济的一些问题及其生态伦理底蕴作些探讨。
Along with the civilizing progress of mankind, the economic activities also take place with fatal changes in directions; the knowledge- based economy and circular economy become the main current of the new economic development. The knowledge - based economy requests to strengthen the replacement of the material resources with intelligence resources in the economy movement process, in order to realize the movement＇s direction change into knowledge. While circular economy requests to make rational use of the natural resources and insure the ecosystem balance according to the ecosystem regulation, to realize the direction change into ecological. Relative to knowledge- based economy, in our country the study of circular economy is just in initiation. This article tries to analyze from some questions of circular economy and its ecological ethic details.
