摘要
目的研究橘红珠挥发油的化学成分组成及含量。方法将干燥的橘红珠粉碎,用挥发油提取器提取后加无水硫酸钠脱水,用气相色谱-质谱分析其化学成分组成及相对含量。结果橘红珠挥发油中主要含有柠檬烯(26.86%)、β-香叶烯(16.18%)、-萜品烯(15.63%)、大根香叶烯D(14.73%)、α-丁子香烯(4.10%)、橙花叔醇(2.68%)、α-蒎烯(1.31%)、β-蒎烯(1.24%)等,占挥发油总量的85.21%。结论橘红珠中含有丰富的挥发油及药用有效成分。
Objective To study the chemical compounds and content of volatile oil in Citrus grandis Tomentosd. Methods After the citrus grandls were crumbled , the volatile oil was extracted and dehydrated, their compounds and content were analyzed by GC/MS. Results The main components are limonene ( 26.86% ) , beta-myrcene ( 16.18% ) , gamma-terpinen ( 15.63% ), germaerene-D( 14.73% ), alpha-neoclovene (4.10%), nerolidol ( 2.68% ) , alpha-pinene ( 1.31% ) and beta-pinene ( 1.24% ), etc. These high content compounds are 85.21% of total of voatile oil. Conclusion Therc are rich of volatile oil and effective constituent in Citrus grandis ball.
