摘要
铁路货运的第三方物流化是我国铁路发展的主要思路,通过对铁路内部管理、观念体制等环节弊端的认识,提出了解决的思路,并在此基础上提出了铁路第三方物流转化过程的战略构想。
That the railroad freight transport develop the third party logistics is the main thinking of our railroad development. Through understanding of the railroad inner, management, concept system, puts forward the way of thinking. On this foundation, puts forward how to realize the turn of the traditional railway freight transport to the third party logistics.
