摘要
本文就如何最大限度地回收高校闲置和报废仪器设备,提高国有资产的使用效益,更好地为教学科研服务进行了探讨,提出运用经济杠杆原理、引进激励机制、进行二次调剂、设备资源、开通流通渠道等办法处理闲置、报废仪器设备。
The essay discusses how to make better use of state-owned capital by recycling the discarded and unused equipment in higher institution to the fullest extent. Meanwhile, it offers the proposals on how to use economic level theory, spurring system, secondary circulating, opening new communicating channel to deal with the unused and discarded equipment, trying to have a further look at the new approach to teaching and researching service tentatively.
