摘要
推进再生资源回收体系建设,是发展现代循环经济,建设节约型社会的必然要求,也是再生资源回收产业发展的必然趋势。当前北京再生资源回收行业存在一些问题,不利于产业良性运行和行业健康发展,本文在调研基础上,提出北京再生资源回收体系发展的一些思路和政策建议。
Building the recycle system is not only the necessary requirements for developing modern recycle economy and constructing saving society, but also the development trends for the recycle industry. Currently, some problems exist in Beijing＇s recycle business, which is negative to the business operation and healthy development. Based on research and survey, this paper provides policy proposal and thoughts on the development of Beijing＇s recycle system.
