分析和研究了医院绩效考评体系的目的和原则,指出了绩效分类和指标的设定,明确了权重设定、分值确定、考评形式和考评周期,介绍了绩效考评结果的应用。
This paper analyzes and researches on tile targets and principles of hospital＇s performance evaluation system, points out the classifying of the performances and the setting of the indexes, makes clear the weight setting, branch value determining, check-up form and check-up periodic time, and introduces the application of the results of the performance check-up.
