摘要
大学发展观问题始终是大学发展中的一个核心问题。有什么样的大学发展观就有什么样的大学发展道路选择。大学发展观取决于大学校长的政绩观,取决于他对于钱与学、质与量和教学与科研以及理论与应用关系的认识。
The idea of a university development is an abiding question during the progress of university development. The actual development process relies on the conceptualisation of this process. This article argues that the idea of a university development is decided by a university present＇s view on his/ her administrative achievements, and on the relationships between funding and scholarship, quality and quantity, research and teaching ＆ learning, and theory and application.
