摘要
本文利用现代统计软件SPSS13可以较好地对近25年的教育投入情况进行描述分析和回归分析。研究结果表明,我国教育投入总量不断提高,但相对量则维持在较低水平上,并有较大波动。政府提高教育投入需要解决需不需要投入和有没有钱投入这两个问题。
Education in China has developed enormously since 1978. This article presents a descriptive and regression analysis of public investment in education in China over the past 25 years. The computing software used by this research is the latest version of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 13). The findings show gross public investment in education has increased continously, but in relative terms the volume of growth is low and fluctuating. Hence the key question to ask is. are there a need, and also a possibility, for the government to increase public investment in education?
