摘要
研究了不同形变与热处理工艺对多元Cu-Cr合金的力学性能的影响。结果表明:该合金有显著的时效强化特性,强化相为Cr,当合金经65%变形再经500℃×4h时效处理可获得较高的硬度;变形能降低合金的冲击韧度,而时效处理对合金的冲击韧度影响不大。
The effect of various cold deformation quantity and heat treatment on mechanical properties of Cu-Cr alloy were studied. The results show that the alloy has an obvious aging strengthening characteristics, and precipitate phase is Cr, larger hardness of Cu-Cr alloy can be obtained by 65% deformation, and aging treatment at 500℃ for 4h cold deformation can decrease the impact toughness of Cu-Cr alloy, and aging treatment has not any influence to its impact toughness.
