摘要
本文借助于金相显微镜、TEM、SEM/EDS及电导仪研究了热处理对含Ni、Al合金元素CuCr合金电导率的影响。结果表明:热处理能提高该合金的导电性能,当该材料经980℃固溶1 h后500℃时效4 h可获得较高的电导率,其原因主要归于固溶于铜基体中铬原子减少。
The effect of heat treatment on electrical conductivity of CuCr alloy containing nickel and aluminum alloying elements was studied by metallographic microscope, TEM, SEM/EDS and electric conductivity meter. The results indicate that by heat treatment the electrical conductivity of the alloy can be improved, and a higher conductivity could be obtained after solution treated at 980℃ for 1 h, and then aging at 500℃ for 4 h. This is attributed to the decline of chromium element sdutionized in copper matrix.
