摘要
在硫酸催化下,用4-羟基苯乙酮α-溴化合成了α-溴-4-羟基苯乙酮.对反应条件进行了研究和优化.优化条件:反应物摩尔比为1.0:1.0,反应温度65~70℃;硫酸用量为反应物酮的70%(质量比),反应时间4 h.优化条件下收率83.5%.
α-Bromo-4-hydroxyacetophenone was synthesized by a-bromization of 4-hydroxyacetophenone with sulfuric acid as catalys. The reaction conditions of α-bromization were studied. The optimum conditions were molar ratio of the reactants, 1 : 1 ; reaction temperature, 65 - 70℃;the content of sulfuric acid, 70% ;and reaction time,4 h. Under the optimum conditions, the yield was 83.5 %.
