芯片毛细管电泳电化学检测电极的研究与应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 扩大检测范围已经成为进一步发展毛细管电泳电化学检测(CEEC)技术的重要手段,而作为 CEEC 技术的关键部件—各种材料和类型的工作电极的研制是扩大 CEEC 技术应用的最有力的支持。本文比较系统地评述了芯片毛细管电泳(MCCE)电化学检测法中各种材料和类型的工作电极的研究和应用进展,并进行了展望。参考文献36篇。 Enlarging detected scope has become an important means to farther investigation of development the technology of electrochemical detection in capillary electrophoresis. As vital part, working electrode will play the most important role in this area. Development and application of various type working electrodes which are made up of different materials in electrochemical detection on microchip capillary electrophoresis(MCCE) are reviewed in this paper. The prospects of electrode in electrochemical detection on MCCE are also predicted, with 36 references cited.
