摘要
目的:建立测定丹七片中丹参素和原儿茶醛含量的 HPLC 方法。方法:采用 Diamonsil^(TM) C_(18)柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×200mm),以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(3:97)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),以丹参素钠和原儿茶醛为外标物,检测波长为281 nm。结果:丹参素钠和原儿茶醛进样量分别在0.3～10.0 μg和0.03～1.3 μg范围内呈良好线性关系,丹参素钠和原儿茶醛的平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.3%(RSD=1.8%)和98.4%(RSD=1.5%)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Danqi tablets. Methods：The column was Diamonsil^TM C18 （5μm ,4. 6 mm × 200 mm）, methanol- 1% acetic acid（3： 97） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1 and sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde as external standard,wavelength of the detector was 281 nm. Results：The linear ranges were 0. 3 -10.0μg（r = 1. 000） for sodium danshensu, 0. 03 - 1.3 μg （ r = 1. 000） for protocatechuic aldehyde. The average recoveries （ n = 6） were 99. 3% （ RSD = 1.8% ） for sodium danshensu ,98. 4% （ RSD = 1.5% ） for protocatechuic aldehyde. Con. elusion：The method is rapid, simple and accurate.
