摘要
目的:建立灯七脉通注射液中3种皂苷的 HPLC 测定方法。方法:色谱柱为 Phenomenex Kromasil IOOA(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱;以乙腈-水为流动相二元梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为203 nm;柱温:40℃。结果:三七皂苷 R_1、人参皂苷 Rg_1、人参皂苷 Rb_13种皂苷得到了完全分离,其回收率分别为101.3%,98.3%,100.1%;用建立的方法,测定了3批制剂含量。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、可靠,可用于灯七脉通注射液的质量控制和生产过程的检测。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of three saponins in Dengqimaitong injection. Method:The HPLC system consisted of a Phenomenex Kromasil 100A(250 mm :〈4. 6 mm,5 μm) and DAD detector at 203 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1, the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and water as gradient system; the column temperature was 40℃. Results: The resolutions of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were very good, and the recoveries were 101.3% ,98. 3%, 100. 1% respectively. Three Dengqimaitong injection samples was investigated. Conculusion: This method is accurate, sensitive, reliable and suitable for the quality control of the drug.
