摘要
目的:对尾叶香茶菜中的4种主要二萜类成分 kamebakaurin(Ⅰ),excisanin A(Ⅱ),rabdokunmin C(Ⅲ)和 kamebanin(Ⅳ)进行含量测定。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用 ZORBAX Extend C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(23:77),流速1.2 mL·min^(-1),检测波长230 nm,柱温25℃。结果:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ在进样量0.1~4.0 μg范围内均有良好的线性关系,相关系数 r 均为0.9999(n=6)。化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ的平均回收率分别为102.3%,100.7%,97.3%,101.7%;RSD 分别为1.0%,1.6%,2.2%,1.8%(n=6)。结论:本方法对尾叶香茶菜中的4种主要二萜类成分 kamebakaurin(Ⅰ),excisanin A(Ⅱ),rabdokunmin C(Ⅲ)和 kamebanin(Ⅳ)进行含量测定结果准确,方法简便、快速。
Objective :Todetermine four diterpenoids -kamebakaurin( Ⅰ ), excisanin A (Ⅱ), rabdokunmin C (Ⅲ ) and kamebanin(Ⅳ) in the Rabdosia excisa (Maxim.) Hara. Methods:Using RP- HPLC. The separation was performed on ZORBAX Extend C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),using 23% acetonitrile and 77% water mixture as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.2 mL· min^-1 at 25 ℃ ,the wavelength for measurement was 230 nm. Results: The linearity was in the range of 0. 1 - 4. 0 μg ( n = 6) for all of them, and all the correlation coefficients were 0. 9999. The average recoveries for compound Ⅰ - Ⅳ were 102. 3% ( RSD= 1.0% ), 100. 7% ( RSD = 1.6% ) ,97.3% (RSD = 2. 2% ) and 101.7% (RSD = 1.8% ) respectively (n = 6). Conclusion:This method is accurate, reliable and reproducible to determine four diterpenoids - kamebakanrin (Ⅰ), excisanin A ( Ⅱ ), rabdokunrain C( Ⅲ) and kamebanin(Ⅳ) in the Rabdosia excisa( Maxim. ) Hara.
