摘要
医患沟通是医患关系的重要组成部分,是建立医患双方相互信任,保障医患双方利益的有效手段,是减少医疗纠纷的有效途径。本文就医患沟通的意义、必要性、方法等几个方面作一简要阐述。
Doctor-patient communication is the very important part of the relationship between patients and doctors. It builds the trust from patients and protects the interests of doctors and patients.The communication is the useful way to reduce the medical dispure.This paper discusses the importance of communication and gives advices on how to communicate between patients and doctors.
