摘要 课程实施取向有三种:忠实取向,相互适应取向,创生取向。对此,应从复杂思维的角度去认识:课程实施取向的各功能之间是互为补充的;课程实施取向的选择与教师的专业成长是一个同步的过程;课程实施取向的转换是一个后者对前者的超越过程。有鉴于此,在新课程改革中,要允许课程实施取向选择的多样性;倡导以相互适应取向为主导的多种取向并存是当务之急;通过教师的专业发展引导教师向更高一级的课程实施取向靠拢。
