摘要
企业文化是企业最重要的无形资产,是影响企业长远发展的深层次原因。本文从描述企业文化的内涵和特征入手,通过分析企业文化与企业战略的关系,指出企业文化与企业战略的内在一致性,即:它能够引领战略的制定,支持并服务于战略的实施。最后通过分析指出中国企业目前普遍缺乏有特色的企业文化,并针对如何在不同发展时期建设企业文化提出了建议。
Corporate culture is the most valuable immaterial capital and is one of the inherent factors to influence the corporate development. This paper begins with the meaning and characteristic of corporate culture, discusses the relationship between the Corporate culture and the Corporate strategy, and points out that Corporate culture and its Strategy has intrinsic coherence: the Corporate culture leads the strategy and supports strategy implementation. At last, the article stresses the lack of culture management of Chinese corporations and several key points in establishing corporate culture in different development stages.
