摘要
本文用扫描电镜研究了 M2 高速钢中的 M_2C 碳化物及其分解产物。在铸态下,M_2C呈“扇”状、片层状或长条状分布在晶界上。在热轧材中发现了两种混合碳化物颗粒:M_6C+MC 和M_6C+MC+M_2C。在冷拔加工时,混合碳化物易被拉裂。
M_2C carbide and its decomposition products have been studied by SEM.Inthe cast state,the morphology of M_2C on the grain boundies is like″fan″,″lameller″or″stranger″.M_2C carbide is metastable at high temperature and will normally decompose toMC and M_6C during heating and rolling after the solidification process.MC can exist onthe interface either between M_6C and maxtrix or M_6C and M_2C,it can also exist in M_6C.Two kinds of mixture carbide,M_6C+MC and M_6C+MC+M_2C,have been found in hot rol-led M2 steel.They are all the decomposition products of M_2C and can be easily cracked incold drow process.
