摘要
文章介绍了国外二次硬化型高断裂韧性超高强度钢的合金成分和力学性能。该类型钢是一种时效硬化马氏体钢,通过淬火和时效处理析出弥散细小合金碳化物M_C,达到强度与韧性的最佳配合。采用两次真空冶练工艺提高钢的纯度和加入微量La和Ti控制夹杂物的形态与分布,从而显著改善了钢的断裂韧性。钢的抗拉强度达到1700~1960MPa,其断裂韧性可达115~187MPam。
This paper introduced the alloy compositions and mechanical proper- ties of the secondary hardening high-fracture-toughness ultra-high-strength steels abroad. These steels are aged hardenable martensitic steels. The superior combination of strength and toughness is achieved through precipitation of fine M_2C alloy carbide by quenched and aged treatment.The purity of steel is increased by VIM- VAR melting process,and the inclusion type,size and distribution in steel are controled by adding trace La and Ti. Thus the fracture toughness was remarkable improved.The tensile strength of steel reachred the levels of 1700~1960 MPa,and the fracture toughness reached up to 115~187 MPa m.
