摘要
城市化进程的加速对警力资源的需求不断扩大,而城市警力供给有限。如何优化城市警力资源配置是一个新课题。城乡间警务运作模式存在较大的差别,城市警力配置的评价标准和基本原则不同于农村。优化城市警力配置的途径应是明确警察职能定位、创新警务工作模式、推进警力资源重组、改善警察队伍结构等。
The demand of more police resources is frequently extended with the development of urbanization. It is a new topic to how to optimize distributions of urban police resources. The operation of urban policing is different from county mode. The criterion and the principle of distribution of urban police resources are also different from county mode. The approach to optimize distributions of urban police resource is to recognize the position of police, to innovate the mode of poling, to recombine the police resource, to improve the structure of the police organs, and so on.
